Within these services, SGND is complementing its offer with additional services. Depending on the contract structure, they could be inclusive to the main services.
Complementary services are:
• Business diagnostic
This service gives you an external opinion and view about your company. You can always do it yourselves, but we are a bad judge of our own company or put differently of our baby.
This diagnostic with address, amongst other things: your market, your offering to this market, your financial situation, your organization chart, your management style, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) describing your business, your sale’s model and many other items linked to managing a business.
• The Strategic Planning Session (SPS)
This service is mandatory to achieve a Strategic Advisory role. This service is in many cases included in the Executive Coaching mandate.
• The Implementation of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The implementation starts by selecting around 10 KPIs – from more than hundreds – then to make sure we measure them properly, then to compare them to market benchmarks and finally to act accordingly on the results obtained.
• 360 - light
This service is one that entrepreneurs appreciate the most. We meet with a limited number of collaborators in the company. Then they register their perception about the others around the table. Usually the founder(s) are at the meeting to participate. The results are shared with the founder(s). In many cases, a very different vision about the people at the meeting is the outcome for the founder(s).
For the other participants, they get the average perception from the group (anonymously), the perception from the founder(s), their own evaluation of themselves compared to the group and the founders. This on each of the items included in the questionnaire they have to complete.
