Coaching for Top Executives
This service is used to assist a top executive for a personal development and grooming purposes. The coaching is on a weekly basis, both in person and using the telephone or emails.
The subject of coaching are generally determined in advance between the parties and development targets are set. Without being exhaustive, the subjects could be:
- "What if" type
- Conflict resolution
- Being a leader versus a manager
- Delegating and/or controlling
- Management By Results (MBR) versus Management By Objectives (MBO)
- The negotiation learning
- Management of Executives' meetings

Coaching requires a solid commitment from the individual and from the company and requires a 6 months minimum time frame from the coach.
Assessment of the corporation, opinions and recommendations for the Executives
This service is normally used on an ad hoc basis. The duration depends on the subjects covered in the mandate (an assessment on the market situation alone versus an assessment covering the entire corporation).
