SGND will celebrate its 30 years in business in November 2012. SGND has initially concentrated its offering to the interim management of IT and telecommunications companies needing to turnaround their business.
Today, SGND is solely dedicated to offer an Executive Coaching service and an Executive Strategic Advisory role. In fact, we use an approach based on e-service, helping to reduce the cost to the client.
If a company selects to use our Coaching services, in many cases it will include the Strategic Advisory role.
The Coaching services will normally be on an annual basis and will require ½ day up to 2.5 days per month.
As far as the Strategic Advisory role, it requires 5 to 6 management sessions per year in addition to a strategic planning session (SPS). Usually, each management session requires 1 to 2 days.
Our services are all focused on increasing the company’s market value by increasing the overall corporate performance.
